Slowing charging issue: Wipe clean the tip/pins of the Anker cable with alcohol. Compare the time when you are using our cable and your original cable with the same wall chargers to charge your phone. If the time difference is huge, please try the Anker cable with another device and charger to see if helpful.

We have included one USB-C to USB-C cable in this battery pack to recharge the battery. If you use a USB-C to USB-C cable to recharge the battery, you will need a 30W wall charger with a USB-C port. The time to recharge when using a 30W wall charger and USB-C to USB-C cable is about 4 hours.
